Payments
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as other secure payment methods, to ensure a smooth checkout experience. Orders are not processed or shipped until payment clears successfully.
All transactions are final. Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted. Completing your purchase confirms your agreement to these terms and authorizes the charge to your chosen payment method.
We care deeply about every customer and strive to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — working directly with our team allows us to make it right faster and avoid account restrictions.
Shipping
We aim to ship paid orders the same day when received by 6 PM Eastern, Monday – Friday. During high-volume periods, allow one additional business day for processing.
Available shipping options:
- Ground — est. 5–7 business days
- 2-Day Air — est. 2 business days
- Next Day Air — est. 1 business day
Transit estimates exclude weekends and holidays. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, volume, or operational issues.
