Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. This policy helps protect the integrity, safety, and quality of our materials, as we cannot verify storage or handling conditions once products leave our facility.

Order Issues (Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete)

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Photo of the product vial with label showing
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will—at our discretion—arrange a replacement of the same item or a store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

Eligibility & Exclusions

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivered scan.
  • We cannot replace items reported lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
  • Normal transit delays caused by the carrier (weather, holiday volume, operational issues) are not covered.

How to File a Claim

  1. Email: gl**@********os.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Subject line: Order Issue – #[Order Number]
  3. Attach the required photos and describe the issue succinctly.

Tip: Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved. Disposing of materials may limit our ability to assist.

Chargebacks & Resolution First

We’re committed to fair, prompt resolutions. Please contact us first so we can make it right. Filing a chargeback before giving us an opportunity to help may delay resolution and can result in account restrictions that limit your ability to place future orders.
