All Sales FinalDue to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of our materials once they leave our facility.
Order Issues
If your order arrives incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Photos of the outer box and inner packaging
- Photo of vial label (batch / lot if present)
- Description of the issue and affected quantities
After review, we may arrange a replacement of the same item or a store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
Eligibility & Exclusions
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery scan.
- Packages marked “delivered” but reported lost or stolen are covered only if package protection was selected at checkout.
- Standard carrier transit delays are not covered.
How to File a Claim

- Subject line: Order Issue – #[Order Number]
- Attach photos and a short description of the issue.
Tip: Keep packaging until your claim is resolved.

We always aim for fair, fast resolutions. Please reach out to us first — filing a chargeback before doing so may delay help and restrict future orders.
