Payments
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard, along with other secure online payment methods, to provide a safe and seamless checkout experience. Orders are not processed or shipped until payment is successfully completed.
All transactions are final. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
We value every customer and will always make reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns directly and fairly. Please contact us if you experience an issue with your order so that we can assist you quickly. Filing a chargeback with your card issuer before reaching out may delay resolution and could result in restrictions on your ability to place future orders. We ask that you work with us first so we can make it right.
Shipping
We make every effort to ship paid orders the same day when received by 1:00 PM Eastern Time. During periods of high volume, please allow an additional business day for processing.

- Ground — estimated 5–7 business days
- 2nd Day Air — estimated 2 business days
- Next Day Air — estimated 1 business day
Transit time estimates exclude weekends and holidays. While we will replace any packages confirmed as lost in transit, we cannot be responsible for carrier delivery delays. Delays may occur due to seasonal volume, weather, or other carrier-related factors.
